Fee-Based Services

EP may in its sole discretion choose to refund cancelled subscriptions either in full or in part and reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for cancellations to cover any costs incurred on your behalf.

If EP receives a credit card dispute, you agree that we have the right to seek not only the cost of the subscription, but any additional fees incurred as a result of the dispute.

Commercial Email

EP may send you emails in certain situations. For example, we may send you and email when you create an account with us. These emails require you to explicitly create an account before we will send them. This can be accomplished from within the settings page of the EP app.

Acceptance and Jurisdiction
